the fan is working well, but this is not an exhaust fan. an exhaust fan pulls the air strongly and pushes it weakly the fan of this supplier pulls weakly and pushes strongly. it's the opposite direction. (these fans, also from other suppliers, can only work strong in one direction. strong side with this fan is around 5m, and weak side around 0.5m) basically, it's a big ventilator fan. it can't be used to exhaust air. unfortunately sales doesn't understand that the direcion of the airflow matters. so I have to throw it away :/
